Reservations for our salon and spa can be made by phone at 817-465-9797 or at our online reservations site. Reservations require a valid credit card or gift certificate at time of booking to reserve your appointment.
Not all of our services are available to be booked online. This is to help avoid scheduling conflicts and other issues. If you are unable to find your service on our online booking site, just give us a call and we will gladly help you schedule an appointment.
We ask you give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation without charge. Reservations canceled without the benefit of notice may incur a 50% charge for those services canceled. No show reservations will be charged 100% of the cost of services booked.
We gladly accept reservations for children’s services in the salon. We kindly request that children do not accompany for your spa visit.
Gratuities are left to the guest’s discretion. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20% which may be added at the time of check out in the form of cash or charge.
