Reservations

Your complimentary monthly service must be used before or on the last day of each month, otherwise that month’s complimentary service will be forfeited. The complimentary monthly services do not accumulate or roll-over from month to month. Services must be scheduled in advance to secure preference of date, time and service provider. Membership services and benefits are non-transferable. Membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or gift cards.

Cancellations

48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge. If you are unable to make your appointment without calling, there may be a charge of 100% of the service price.

Payment

Daireds Spa Pangéa Membership is a 12-month, auto-renewable contract. A one-time initiation fee of $29.00, in addition to the monthly membership fee of $59.95 will be charged upon enrollment. The monthly membership fee of $59.95 will be auto-drafted or charged from the specified account or credit card on the 1st day of each month. Payment will be required upon checkout for any additional services received using the 20% member discount, as well as for any items purchased from the Café and/or Daired Boutique using the 10% member discount. Gratuities are not included in the price of any services.

Terms

You may freeze or cancel your membership at any time after the first 120 days by submitting a written request. The cost to freeze a membership is $10. Daireds reserves the right to modify or cancel membership at any time for any reason. See contract terms and conditions for details.

Gratuities

The membership fee does not include gratuities. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20% which may be added at time of check-out in the form of cash, check or charge.

At the time of joining the Spa Pangea membership program, you will be required to sign a printed copy of the contract detailed below: Daireds Spa Pangéa Membership Program Contract Daireds Spa Pangéa Membership Program is a 12-month paid, auto-renewable program that allows members to enjoy one complimentary spa service per month with other benefits and incentives. Members choose one complimentary spa service monthly from the selections below.

• Pangéa Custom Facial
• Pangéa Custom Massage
• Pangéa Hydration Scrub & Body Polish

Members also enjoy 20% off any other Daireds spa services (excluding salon & medical spa services), as well as 10% off in Daireds boutique and café (excluding alcohol). To enroll in Daireds Spa Pangéa Membership Program, you need a valid ID and credit card. Fees Daireds Spa Pangéa Membership Program is a 12-month, auto-renewable program. A one-time initiation fee of $29.00, in addition to the monthly membership fee of $59.95, will be charged upon enrollment. The monthly membership fee of $59.95 will be automatically charged to the specified credit card on the 1st day of each month. A fee of $25 will be charged for any denied credit card charges. Membership will continue to auto-renew at the end of the 12-month period until canceled. The membership fee does not include gratuities. Your membership expiration/renewal date will be extended by the amount of time that your membership was frozen. During a freeze period, you will not be billed the monthly membership fee of $59.95 and you are not eligible to receive your complimentary monthly service or redeem other discounts or benefits. However, you will be billed a monthly $10 freeze fee, which will retain your membership status. Membership can be canceled at any time after the initial 120-day period by submitting a request in writing to [email protected] before or on the 25th of the month prior to when you want your membership to be terminated. To later re-enroll in the membership program, you will be required to pay a reactivation fee. Daireds reserves the right to modify or cancel membership at any time for any reason.
