Swedish Massage
Our signature massage, your experience begins with a cleansing foot ritual to set the mood for complete relaxation followed by a full-body massage as the therapist uses long gliding strokes, kneading, and friction techniques to relax muscles and increase circulation.
River Rocks Massage
Relax as the warmth of smooth, river rocks melt away stress and muscle fatigue. Healing with stones is an ancient form of therapy. At Spa Pangéa, oil is applied to the skin and basalt river rocks radiant with heat are used to massage and work the muscles. Trails of heat flow across your body and melt away tension.
Aromatherapy Massage
More than mere fragrance, essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts, derived from leaves, bark, roots, seed resins, and flowers to heal, alleviate pain, and regulate mood. Choose from a Relaxing, Calming, or Moisturizing blend for your customized aromatherapy experience.
Lymphatic Massage
Designed to increase lymphatic circulation through the body's natural filtration systems, Lymphatic massage detoxifies the body, strengthens the immune system, and relieves pain due to nerve inflammation, adhesions, and poor circulation. Using a combination of pumping motions and gentle, rhythmical stroking, the therapist's touch is significantly less than the pressure of a typical swedish massage, yet has a profound relaxing effect.

Deep Tissue Massage
Focused on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue, this massage is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. Using some of the same strokes as classic swedish massage but moving slower, the therapist applies deeper pressure concentrated on areas of tension and pain.

Applying pressure to these targeted areas results in stress reduction, revitalization, and restoration of the body's natural balance.

Cellulite Reduction Massage
Cellulite reduction massage helps to reshape and smooth out the appearance of cellulite. Intense deep massage strokes break up pockets of fat that gather at the hips, thighs, buttocks, and waist. For most effective results a series of 4 to 5 treatments at weekly intervals followed by monthly treatments for maintenance is recommended.

Herbal Poultice Massage
Used for many centuries in Thailand as a medicinal hot compress to relieve aches and pains of the body, the herbal poultice is made of unbleached cotton and filled with a blend of herbs including plai, ginger, tumeric, and cumin. Used by the massage therapist along with deep pressure, this massage releases blocked energy and increases awareness and vitality. A stress relieving and deeply relaxing body treatment, the poultice exfoliates the skin while the herbs soften and nourish the skin by soothing the underlying connective tissue to relieve painful inflammation and bruises.

Traditional Thai Massage
A harmonizing experience of stretching, massage strokes, and yoga-like movements. Performed on a padded mat, the guest is moved into classic, beautiful movements by the therapist. The nurturing touch of human contact contributes to the relaxation and healing effect.

A massage treatment that improves energetic flow and releases tension using a variety of healing techniques including skin rolling, kneading and stroking, acupressure and reflexology combined with moisturizing coconut oil to relax and soothe you. Balinese massage is related to Ayurveda, the Indian holistic medical system.
