Scheduling

Spa and Salon reservations can be made by phone at 817-465-9797. All of our services require a valid credit card or gift certificate number at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

Punctuality

Salon guests should arrive promptly at the time of scheduled appointment. Spa guests are asked to check in 20 minutes prior to the start of any appointment. If you are late, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten your service or reschedule.

We're committed to offering all our guests a reliable timetable; that's why your treatment will always end at the scheduled time, so please remember to be on time.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge. We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary, and with a 48-hour notice or more there is never a charge. If you are unable to make your appointment without calling and canceling prior, there may be a charge of 100% of the service price.

All multiple service and group reservations require payment in advance. Daireds requests a 72-hour notice of cancellation for multiple service and group reservations. Reservations canceled without the benefit of notice will incur a 50% charge for those services canceled. No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the cost of services booked. Gift certificates are considered payments in advance and, therefore, subject to the same policy. Charges will be made on credit cards or deducted from gift certificates that were used as security for reservations.

To maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone or pager while visiting our spa.

Children

This is your day to relax. We kindly request that children not accompany you to your spa visit.

Gratuities

We're often asked about gratuities. No service charge will be added to your bill or gift certificate. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20% which may be added at the time of check-out in the form of cash, check or charge.
