Daireds Salon offers award-winning stylists and color specialists; Daireds Spa Pangéa offers treatments derived from various traditions of international culture normally found only at luxury destination and resort spas; and, The Med Spa at Daireds offers laser skin rejuvenation, laser hair reduction and cosmetic treatments such as Botox, Restylane, Radiesse and more.

The concept uniquely blends the high energy of a hair salon, the calmness of a spa, the convenience of a café serving up light fare and alcoholic beverages, along with the amenities of a conference center to accommodate corporate or private events.

Employing more than 120 staff members, from hair stylists and colorists to massage therapists, nail technicians, chefs, managers and support staff. Staff members are employees (not independent contractors) with an appropriate salary and benefits package (insurance, 401K plan, paid vacation, etc.)

Owner Daired Ogle’s vision is to create a culture that guarantees clients a consistent experience, by guaranteeing employees a consistent lifestyle and workplace environment. Along with his belief in the importance of providing an excellent work environment, he offers his guests superior service, as well as the unique opportunity to visit a hidden paradise. “We want to differentiate ourselves - we want to take treatments from all over the world to create a much broader array of services than you would usually find at a typical spa,” says Ogle. Hence, the birth of Daireds Salon, Spa Pangea, Med Spa, Conference Centre & Café, which conceptualizes the idea of offering three different worlds in one.

A native Texan, Ogle began his career as a hairdresser in the 1960s at Stripling & Cox. He opened his first salon in 1978. Eventually, Daireds Salon moved into a new location in 1984, which incorporated a small, formal day spa with five treatment rooms. The purchase of two plus acres of land on Interstate 20 in 1999 was the beginning of the newest salon and spa location that was opened in late 2000.

Throughout his career, Daired has been honored with numerous awards for his hairdressing skills and expertise. Currently, he is a member of The Professional Beauty Association, The International Spa Association and the Arlington and Mansfield Chamber of Commerce.
